Dear Customer,

We experienced a short power outage today which affected the North side
(right hand side as you come onto the floor) of Sovereign House. Power
has now been restored to your systems on the data floor. The entire
electrical system is currently fed through ‘raw mains’. We will update
you as and when new information is received.

All available staff have been diverted to Sovereign House to resolve any
issues that you may still be experiencing. Please log your tickets
through the portal or phone in for our staff to deal with. Please
contact Sovereign House NOC to log any support requests on +44 (0) 207
001 0050.
